Hi, this is Shire. Thank you very much for coming to my room again♪

What I’ve been noticing lately especially since the pandemic situation really halted many of our “regular/busy life” is to focus on myself more than ever. Of course I had always tried to see myself carefully inside and out, but I simply have more time & space now physically, mentally and spiritually… well, I’ve been actually pretty busy in Shamballa though, lol.

I think the current situation has given me the substantial time to take care of myself without any outside (social) noise (besides that election stuff, lol).

My work schedule (3 days at the office & 2 days at home) has given me more relaxing yet super suitable & stimulating workflow I’ve ever imagined. I have been cooking everyday which I have been eating much healthier with the 16/8 intermittent fasting. I have enjoyed walking to work for more than 6 months and am soooo excited to ride on the electric scooter now. I did purchase a few gadgets for my computer, smartphones, facial & nail cares which I used not to even think of because I was just overwhelmed with my physical tasks.

What so-called “self-care” is the conscious act one takes in order to promote their own physical, mental, and emotional health. There are many forms self-care may take. It could be ensuring you get enough sleep every night or stepping outside for a few minutes for some fresh air (from In other words, you can feel healthy & happy with your conscious act of taking care of yourself.

I’ve also noticed that my life in Shamballa has been contributing a lot to my power of idea as well as my mental health in the physical world. The conscious talk with my adviser & friends in Shamballa (even though that seemed to be a self-conversation) has definitely helped me to come up with some cool, fresh and exciting ideas. That is a huge part of my self-care.

テレワーク(週2日)と職場仕事(週3日)のバランスが物凄く絶妙で、これまで以上に仕事が楽しく生産性も上がりましたし、そのおかげで半年以上は往復1時間の徒歩通勤も楽しみ、今週からは電動キックボードでウキウキ通っています。毎日料理が必須になったおかげで16/8 ダイエットを取り入れて健康的に過ごし(未だ体調不良なし)、気持ちに余裕があるのかコンピュータやスマホ周りのガジェットを少し入手して更に便利なデジタル環境を構築、調子に乗ってww美容方面にも少し手を出して髪や手爪のケアにも気を配るようになりました。
