Hi, this is Shire. Thank you very much for coming to my room again♪

I have written about this several times, but I like to do it again for my own reminder.

Accessing Shamballa is pretty similar to a meditation since you are supposed to unleash your mind and imagine “another yourself” pretty freely. However, it is essential (especially if you are a beginner) to let your physical body keep moving/working while accessing Shamballa consciously unlike most methods of meditation.

Whenever I come up with an idea, I tend to start taking some sort of action: researching (on Internet), reading book(s), checking it out with friends, and so on. I don’t take too much time to just think about it without any action since I’ve known the fact that no action does take me nowhere.

This totally applies to access Shamballa as well. If I try to do it without any physical action (which is really similar to the state of meditation), I will definitely fall a sleep and won’t remember anything about Shamballa. No fun conversation, no great tea and special bath time, no exciting idea… well, they may have happened but my physical consciousness is not simply able to hold them in my physical brain (really partial of them may show up in my dream though).

That’s why I start cleaning my room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. when I consciously access Shamballa. This is the way my physical body can automatically move (auto-pilot) = I can stay awake while I am there (in Shamballa). Some people do take this way as a method of meditation such as walking meditation.

The benefit of cleaning meditation (accessing Shamballa) is super obvious that your room becomes really clean without working really hard. Also your Shamballa time becomes pretty fun & memorable which you may have an interesting conversation with your adviser/friend.

Today, my kitchen floor and the entrance of my room became really clean without huge effort since I was busy in Shamballa (means my physical body was auto-pilot most of the time). This is the best for me in both worlds!

  1. Hi Shire. I read up abit on Shamballa. The internet explains that it is a energy healing meditation and an extension of reiki, much less of a religion.actually. Have you been practice Shamballa for long? How do you first get to know this?

    1. Thank you very much for your comment. Shamballa I’m accessing is not a practice of healing/energy work/meditation. You can take a look at my very first blog posts explaining about Shamballa and myself in Shamballa. If you have questions, please let me know! -Shire
