Diary: March 6th, 2020

Hello, this is Shire. Thank you very much for coming to my room again♪

Some of you may be wondering how my weight control project has been going on, no? I tell you that my weight has NOT been much different at all, HAHAHA!!! Well, I’ve been pretty aware of what I ate and its calories, I’ve been walking a lot between my place (in the physical world) and my work (about 1.5 miles), and I’ve even adding some daily exercises besides practicing drums.

At this point, I don’t care much about my weight anymore (already?!) but I just enjoy walking and exercising. As long as I feel good physically and mentally, I believe it will also help my condition in Shamballa.

I thought it would be pretty hard for me to walk to my work from home in the morning at first. I did get really tired when I tried to do it before. However, I actually really like to do it in these days despite of being tired and/or sleepy middle of the day. I enjoy the air and scenery around me, but I actually do enjoy my Shamballa time while my physical body is walking. My conversation, private class and my other activities there go pretty smooth and productive so that my physical body actually forgets the time & burden.

I will keep my new activity as a daily routine…. well, I’m now wondering this (= walking + exercising) might be “the thing” I (subconsciousness) and my guardians & friends in Shamballa had planned for me in advance…?

In any case, it should also be a good way to keep my immune system strong 🙂
