Clair de lune☆月の光

Hi, this is Shire. Thanks again for coming to my room♪ For those of you in the US, Happy 4th! 🎉🇺🇸🗽

I happened to encounter this one of my all-time favorite piano piece: Clair de lune by Calude Debussy.

I first time heard this piece when I was 7 or 8 years old and I clearly remember that I was so touched by every passage and phrase of the music. It reminded me something…. I realized I had some lost memories of somewhere in me even at that time. That “something” made me cry.

I did learn this piece so many times and I do still play sometimes (I am no longer good at all though, lol). This piece as well as Debussy’s “Deux arabesques” and “Rêverie” are the music I even play at my piano in Shamballa. They probably have the certain frequencies fit me.

Hopefully, you will enjoy this superb performance by Nobuyuki Tsujii (who is now a world famous blind pianist from Japan). In this clip, he plays “Clair de lune” and “Pavane pour une infante défunte” by Maurice Ravel.
